We are seeking an Account Services Manager and Strategist to help grow our top line and provide sound strategies that will influence our clients’ success, as well as ours. This person leads the Accounts, Strategy, Content, and Marketing teams at Revel. Our ideal candidate is hungry for success, someone who is ready to dive in, works hard, and isn't afraid to step outside of their comfort zone. Thick skin and a deep appreciation for client relationships is a must. This person is one who constantly expresses enthusiasm, has discipline, and can incorporate innovation in everything they do. They should thrive on creativity and client-focused relationships. They are confident that they can help take our agency to the next level.

The ideal candidate has the following characteristics:

  • 7+ years of agency or manufacturer marketing experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or business.
  • Clear understanding of today’s marketing and advertising environment.
  • Proven track record with setting effective marketing strategies for small to midsize manufacturers.
  • Excellent team-building skills and mentoring abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Inbound marketing experience/certifications a plus, HubSpot preferred.
  • Enthusiastic about bringing new ideas to the table.
  • Driven by delivering measurable results that meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Ready to build a manufacturing-focused sales process from the ground up.

The responsibilities for the position include:

  • Ensures that client relationships are thriving.
  • Responsible for growing the agency’s top line.
  • Owns lead generation, including inbound strategy, outbound strategy, and strategic partnerships.
  • Mentors the Accounts team providing sales training and fostering professional development.
  • Plays a leading role in new business development along with the Accounts team.
  • Oversees the Content team creating specialized inbound content.
  • Makes sure client projects meet marketing goals through rigorous research and sound strategy.
  • Determines which marketing materials are needed to reach the manufacturing audience.
