Revel Announces New Focus on Serving Manufacturers

Revel has a rich history of building brands, developing websites, and producing compelling marketing for hundreds of clients in dozens of industries.

“Today, we relaunch Revel as an agency focused on delivering results to manufacturers,” said Revel Partner Jason Piasecki. “Manufacturing has, is, and will continue to drive the U.S. economy. Over the past 20 years, manufacturers have been our single largest category. We make sure our clients are the frontrunners.”

Revel’s strategic, creative, and digital marketing services generate high-quality sales leads, position brands, work to attract talented employees, and develop effective websites for manufacturing businesses.

“Our vision is that Revel will become the top marketing resource for small to midsize manufacturing companies in America. When manufacturers want to grow, their first call will be to Revel,” added Piasecki.

Serving Manufacturers

In 2015, manufacturing accounted for $2.2 trillion (12.1%) of Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in the U.S. Manufacturing will always be one of the top segments of the economy. The industry continues to face challenges such as offshore competition, talent attraction and recruitment, and the image of manufacturing in general. An effective marketing strategy is one of the keys to overcoming those challenges.

Revel’s manufacturing clients have won awards, garnered media attention, and gained industry praise for their innovative marketing tools.

“We’re not successful unless our clients are successful,” added Revel Partner Andy Maciejewski. “We build strong brands that grow manufacturing businesses by changing the perception of marketing from being a cost center to revenue-producer.”

Revel’s clients range from well-known, global brands like Brunswick and Arconic (formerly Alcoa) to regional leaders like Nichols to niche players like Pacific Floorcare and Dynamic Conveyor.

“As a result of working with Revel, we have seen double-digit growth for consecutive years. Revel has been there every step of the way, and we’ve seen tremendous change because of it,” said Danielle Fields, former Pacific Floorcare Sales & Marketing Manager.

“We work with Revel because they are leading edge and bring us new ideas. They have the resources and knowledge to take us to the next level, which has kept us in front of our competition,” said Renae Hesselink, Nichols Vice President of Sustainability.

The key to delivering results is teaching clients Revel’s proven process to produce effective advertising that moves people to action.

“Our best client relationships view us a resource and partner. We know marketing, we know manufacturing, and we know how to get results,” said Revel Partner Don Kalisz.

Rooted in the Midwest

Muskegon, Michigan was home to more millionaires than any other town in America during the lumbering era. Tank engines made in Muskegon used in World War I and II furthered Muskegon’s reputation as a foundry town. Today, Muskegon is a global leader in advanced manufacturing and popular Midwest waterfront destination for year-around tourism.

Revel’s history in Muskegon dates back to 1996.

Advanced Video Presentations (AVP) was incorporated in 1996 and offered video editing and production services. The company’s multimedia productions communicated ideas to the viewer in innovative ways.

ImageQuest Design was a marketing firm founded in 1998 that developed websites, CDs, and advertising materials. The company’s specialty was providing small businesses with services typically only available to large corporations.

Qonverge was established in 2006 through the merger of AVP and ImageQuest.

Also founded in 2006, Relevant was a full-service, creative agency located in downtown Muskegon.

In 2010, Revel was established through the merger of Qonverge and Relevant to carry on the staff, award-winning creative, and philosophy of both firms.

“We are still the same people with the same creativity. We serve on the same boards, volunteer for the same causes, coach the same teams, star in the same theater productions, play the same video games, and drink the same craft beer,” commented Kalisz.

“Our people are the key. We have an amazing team here at Revel. Concentrating on small to midsized manufacturers will allow us to bring our fact-based creative approach to a larger stage.”

Revel’s slogan shows how their comittment to moving manufacturing businesses forward: “We are Revel. We tell the stories that drive American business.”
